Check both share and folder/NTFS permissions for the users. If it is
happening to all users maybe somebody changed the share permissions which
needs to be full control for the group of users. With everyone having full
control share permissions you need to make sure that NTFS permissions are
correct for each folder or users will have access to folders they should
not. In other words user Bob should only have full control NTFS permissions
to his folder.
