Your best bet would be to predefine for them a sharing area.
If you have a server use that instead of having each sharing from
their own disk space to the others as soon you would find both
the increased risks from multiple sharings and that no one can
find anything because they have to look too many places.

Dear all,

I set all of our users as the members of local user group. My question is
how can I let them have the permission to share the files and folders on
their laptop/desktop. I don't want them have more permission than the user
group has.
