NTFS Permissions

Hi there, I am in real trouble here...

A couple of dayz ago my SBS went down... a BSoD with c0000218 error...
So naturally I tried recovering from it, doing the Registry repair from the
Recovery Console.
This however caused a new BSoD c0000135... failure loading kernel32.dll,
which I imagine
means that I have to do a complete reinstall, and this is where my problems
actually begins.

First of... the Server has no Backup, and no ASR disk. I know you think I'm
stupid, but
I just did'nt get to that yet... the Server had only been running for 5
dayz.

I'm trying to Copy an archive Directory, which contains all the critical
files I need, to another
SBS 2003 Server, but apparently I'm not allowed opening the Files
afterwards...
I imagine this is due to the Folder Permission set on the Archive Directory
in AD, which as
far as I know is stored in the Registry(which is dead). So...

How do I copy files from one SBS to another ressetting the NTFS Permissions
so that
Everyone can read/write the files on another SBS ?

PS.
I have a Specialized BartPE BootCD which gives me full access to the
FileSystem aswell
as USB and Network.
