Keyset Does Not Exist error in Windows 2000

I have encrypted data on three 2003 machines with a 2003 Active Directory.
When I try to encrypt data on two different Server 2000 machines I get the
error "Keyset Does Not Exist". I have logged into the server with the user
ID and imported the .pfx file for the user. I still receive the error.
Is there something I have to do for the 2000 servers? I have already set the
option to trust for delegation.
