That depends on the computer/motherboard.
Some laptops need to be sent to the manufacturer to have the BIOS password
reset.
Most desktops have a jumper on the motherboard that needs to be moved to
reset the BIOS password.
Check your motherboard/computer manual and/or contact the manufacturer for
details.

I have a reset password CD and to use it I need to get into the bios before
the OS starts up to reset the administrators' password. How can I get into
the bios to change the administrators password? I do not know the password
for the administrator and wish to set it to blank.
