BTW how did you get the Untrusted and Restricted levels to show up in
gpedit?
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\windows\safer\codeidentifiers]
"Levels"=dword:04171000
Levels ->DWORD->0x71000 should do it
