By default it happens every ten minutes. You can modify it locally via
Control Panel/display/screensaver assuming there is no Group Policy setting
that is enforcing it. The GP setting would be in the enforcing GP under user
configuration/administrative templates/control panel/display. Running
rsop.msc would show the prevailing Group Policy for that setting. ---

Is there any way to disable the feature on Windows 2003 Server that
