Can't run 16 bit app from network drive in W2003 SP1

Hi

We have an old application that i would could do with running from our users
homedrive via citrix, it works alright on W2003 with no service packs and XP
SP2 but will not work with W2003 SP1 and Vista over the network.

The error you get when logged on as an administrator on the server or
workstation is Can't run 16 bit application, check if the libraries are
there.

If i copy the file to a local drive and run it as the administrator it does
run but this is not an option for the use it will get.

The problem is not citrix related as i have tried it on a non citrix server
and get the same problem, so it is obviously something that changed with SP1
but i can't seem to find much about it.

Thanks

Jeff
