IIS permissions

Hi guys
I am looking for an advice for Security betwen DC W2K3 and IIS installed in
the same server.
I installed a software antivirus that generate a Virtual web site.
But, when I try to open the web site even in the server and even using the
administrator account it appear a message that is said as follow:
Will some body able to give me an advice or a solution..?
