Weird. I would think that you would find something either in web content
zone settings or advanced settings. The hosts file would not be an issue if
it works fine for one user. Try having him delete his cookies and temporary
internet files and clear passwords in "autocomplete" . If the problem
persists I would consider making sure his data is backed up and then logon
as an administrator to delete his profile so that he will get a new profile
when he logs on. I am not sure if this would be relevant or not for web
access but check his stored credentials also. --- Steve
