SSH on 2003 Server

I am currently running Windows 2003 Server w/ iis/DHCP/DNS and active
directory on the same box. I am wanting a way to ssh to the server.

I am wondering if any of you have opinions on how to install this service. I
have used Cygwin before and it worked fine until I upgraded the server to a
domain controller then I had alot of issues with it. Now I am starting fresh
and wondering what direction I should head in.

Thanks for your opinions.
