Re: SID



Ok, the names say togegher with the sid and with the domain; if it`s a sid
from an old domain that no more exists, there`s no way to get the name back.
Are you sure that these sid`s are from your present domain, or from other
domains? Or maybe you deleted the user from your AD and system can`t resolve
the name of the sid, because it doesn`t existis anymore.

If you create a user caled "paul", it will receive automatically a exclusive
SID; then if you delete the user and re-creante a new user with exactly the
same name and others datas, the SID will be different.
