Problems logging to server

I'm having problems logging any new user created in W2003 to the file
server. The user, however, is able to login to OWA via exchange server
which sits on a different box so I know it's not a username password
issue. I have even tried to recreate the user by using another
existing user (who can login) as a template to ensure that I have all
the right user groups.

I checked my logs and don't see anything unusal. I have also already
forced a AD replication.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
