Hi Joe,
The only recommended way to enable firewall on DC is to use Security
Configuration Wizard that comes with SP1 for Windows 2003. Once you start
the wizard it will ask you what roles does the server hold (e.g. DC) and it
will open all appropriate ports and protocols for you.
