Returning Administrator Account to 'default' - how to?

Hi and thank you,
If I "were" to change / rename the Administrator's account (for another
layering of security), are there problems or issues "IF" I wish to
return it to default later? And "how" does one do that?
Additionally, in our Srv2003 small network I note that 'Administrator'
is automatically (as it is supposed to be) part of the 'domain admins'
grouping... Are there any security issues or functionality issues with
removing or changing that assignment?
