Symantec SAV should work just fine. It sounds like you are already running
it. There are others out there that *may* run better with less demand on the
resources, but SAV is a solid product that works.
One factor to consider here is the cost of migrating. It will cost big bucks
(and time) for what could be a small benefit....
I would stay with what you have unless there are specific reasons to
change...
