I don't know of a sure way to restrict all http traffic on port 80 without
using some software or applying a rule on your firewall. Companies like
Websense have software that monitor and restrict access to the inernet using
various software. If you have a firewall, you can right an access rule that
blocks all traffic using port 80 to the internet from any machine.
