I can open this file from the junction dir. from any other editor like
notepad, IE, etc.
No problem.

Only time I have problem is opening the file at the junction dir. using
AzMan.msc or through the Authorizatin API.

Any other ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
