How to identify which process cause account lockout

Hello:
I have a user account that if have frequency lockout due to the
password error but I can't identify which process cause it fail. Would
you mind to give me some hints that I can identify which process cause fail?
>From event log just have this information, I just know it was
interactive process but I can't found any process that run as the
problem account. I have check the control process & schedule take. No
this account was input in the service or schedule!
Logon Type: 2
Logon Process: Advapi
Authentication Package: MICROSOFT_AUTHENTICATION_PACKAGE_V1_0
