The link below shows how to use netdom to do such for existing domain
computers but the user will need to be a "local administrator" on the domain
computer. As for AD you can look in the advanced security page of the
container where you delegated permissions and select "computer object" to
tweak permissions. I am not sure the exact permissions needed but write
properties would be a good start. --- Steve
