Netgear has a line of affordable NAT/PAT routers that are also true
firewalls. The FVS 318 is a good example for less that $100. For something
that is more configurable look at Ebay. There are loads of Netscreen 5-XP
firewalls for around $150 or less. They are a serious firewall that allow
you to configure outbound traffic rules also. If interested be sure to get
one with at least version 4 or later firmware. Keep in mind that many of
these class firewalls [Netscreen, Sonicwall, etc] have limits on the number
of concurrent outbound connections from unique IP addresses usually with a
limit of 10 on the base models. --- Steve
