I'm setting up a new server, and wold like to copy the passwords from
the old without the users having to reenter them.
Is there a way to export the password hash into a file on the old
server and import them into the new one? I kind of remember such a
thing been possible ages ago with older version of windows, so I'm
hoping there might be some tool to achieve this with my current two
windows server 2003.
I just need the passwords, the rest I can do by hand, it aint that much
users. I'd just love to be able to switch server without anyone
noticing anything :)
thanks,
Sam
