According to the follwing information try using the 1 option for the command
for more detail. --- Steve

show clients [{0 | 1}]

Parameters
{0 | 1} : Indicates the detail level of the output: 0-Shows the following
information for each client: IP address, subnet mask, unique ID, lease
expiration, and data type (default), 1-Shows all of the information that 0
provides and also displays the fully qualified domain name of each
