We recently have moved our software restriction policy to a
default-deny hash rule group policy. For most
applications, I have no problems. However, with Microsoft
Office XP and 2003, the programs won't execute, even though
I've hashed the executables onto the allowed list in
additional rules. Are there other executables besides the
core files (winword.exe, excel.exe, etc.) that I need to
hash, or is this a bug in Server? We are running Server
2003 on our DC.
Thanks,
Bill
