Personally I would recommend Bitdefender, which is a very good and fast
scanning software, especially their server-products.

Also Avast Antivirus is very good in the server sector.

F-Prot and Kaspersky Antivirus are very good after what I heard, though I
never tested them myself, and I don't know how good the server-versions of
their scanners are.
