Firewall suggestions

Hello, can anyone recommend a firewall application which I can run on
Windows Server 2003?

I tried all the free ones, but they only support workstation OS. If
anything, can anyone suggest a reasonably priced AV package which might have
a medium term trial version to try out?

I am very tight for money, and am not a fanatic for spending money on lots
of utility software.
