Hi,
I am implementing a centralized network monitoring by using the Microsoft
Performance monitor. The centralized monitoring system is running on a
Windows XP Professional workstation that monitors several Windows 2000 &
2003 servers.
I have configured the alerting feature in the Performance monitor. It
automatically send an email alert by launching a simple script file which
doing a command based email sending.
However, I am facing a problem that the alerting is not working.
It doesn't send any alerts when a counter's limit exceeded. I have no errors
in my event viewer.
What will be the possible reasons to solve the problem?
Many thanks in advanced!
Regards,
Kevin
