The steps you're looking for are not in the knowledgebase but in the Windows
2003 online help.
To me, setting up L2TP server in W2K3 is pretty much the same process as
setting up PPTP server: you just add L2TP ports.
It would be good to know what exactly you don't understand about the concept
and what kind of prblem do you have connecting. Make sure you set the client
to use L2TP - I find "Automatic" option not that good for L2TP as it tries
PPTP first.
