Dumpsec from SomarSoft is a free tool that may be able to do what you want
with the dump users feature. Otherwise if you are using Windows 2003 or
using the adminpak for Windows 2003 on a XP Pro domain computer you can do
such with the AD command line tools. Dsquery user for instance would work.
Open up the command prompt on a Windows 2003 domain controller and enter
"dsquery user" to see what I mean. You can of course define the search much
more granularly and enumerate sam names instead of distinguished names. The
