Access tape problem with PowerUser.

    Greetings,

      I have installed Widows server 2003, then I connected a tape
    SLR 5 to a CSSI adapter. With administrator account, an
    appliaction(NovaXcahnge) can load the tape driver related to SLR 5. But,
    with a PowerUser account, the application cannot load this tape driver.

    the following message is always displayed "No tape drive found"

    What do I need to do to correct this?
