Hi Michael,

One option that is free is to use ntbackup that comes with operating system
to backup all data files on server A and then restore this files with
permissions on server B.

Since you don't have tape drive, you can backup all data to file (e.g.
"Server A data.bkf") and copy this "bkf" file to server B where you can
restore it again using ntbackup.
