terminate unexpectedly with status code 128

when i start my computer (2000k server sp.4)
I get the error
"The system process c:\WINNT\System32\Services.exe"
 terminated unexpectedly with status code 128.
The system will now shutdown and rester.

i scan fixblast, sasser already but not found any thing wrong
and update Windows2000-KB824146-x86-ENU.exe,Windows2000-KB835732-x86-ENU.EXE
already
