What I ended up doing is hacking together a workaround. Since our only
issue is that we don't want people to be able to export private keys
(except the odd time I have to), I just went and modified the forms
asp page to not show the option to mark keys as exportable. Then I
just leave a backup copy of it for the odd time I need to mark that
option.
