    Depending on what? The KB article says you won't be charged.

    Write it yourself? Use a different FTP server? Have your neighbor
    get the hotfix then ring his doorbell and when he answers, run in,
    make a copy of the hotfix and run out?

    Why would you look for another solution when it's a phone call and
    five minutes of your time to get what you're asking for? And all for
    a "security fix" that doesn't provide any more security and will have
    no effect on anything?
