Hi Rolf,

If you use Web enrollment page use "advanced certificate request" -> "Create
and submit a request to this CA". Once you enter all users' data select
checkbox "Mark keys as exportable"

Once you download and install this certificate to e.g. your PC, you will
also be able to export the private key.
