We recently opened a new office and have set up a local file server for the
users. For the time being it is running local security for share access.
Eventually it will become part of our corporate forest. In the meantime we
would like for the users to have the ability to change their passwords on
their own, instead of being assigned by the administrator and remaining the
same.
Can anyone think of a way to enable the users to change their passwords
using local security on a Windows 2003 server (standalone) without
administrator intervention?
Scripts, applications, anything would be useful. Thanks for all the bright
ideas!
