I agree with Simon. Also, we can check if there is an Windows 2003 Domain
Controller as the below steps.
1. Click Start, point to Administrative Tools. In Windows 2000, click
Start, point to Settings and then Control Panel, and then double click
Administrative Tools icon.
2. Double click Active Directory Users and Computers icon.
3. Highlight Domain Controllers branch.
4. It will lists all domain controllers in the domain in the right panel.
5. Double click a domain controller, you will see Operating Sytem tab. This
tab tells the operating system name, version and service pack version.
