    Configure the enterprise root CA to issue Web Server certificates. When
    you request the Web Server certificate, use the Web Server Request
    wizard within IIS. Click the properties of the Web site for which you
    wish to enable SSL, click Properties, and view the Security tab.

    and Certificate Security, in chapter 18.
