I am setting up a folder layout where the main folder is "projects" and in
"projects" is a list of other folders created by the users. How do I set the
permissions on "projects" so that no one including the creator can delete
this folder but groups and users can create and delete folders within the
    projects folder.

    Thanks
    Chris
