File Download

When I try to download a file from another server on a different subnet, I
get this prompt:

Some files can harm your computer. If the file information below looks
suspiccious, or you do not fully trust the source, do not open or save this
file.

Is there a place where I could specify, automatic, permicssion to download
specific files from specific server? The idea is for not to get the prompt
for specific files coming from specific server.
