Whether things are worth it - I take as a different answer;
but, as you posted in a security newsgroup apparently over
concern related to IIS 6, I would say you should not have
concerns over IIS 6. You can set the port, set to require
authentication for access, and even use an IPsec filter to
force the port(s) used by IIS to respond only to desired IPs.
(However, I have not noticed IIS as a prereq to OpenManage)
