Component Services error 80004027

We're having some problems connecting remotely to a Win 2003 Standard Server
via the Component Services console. We can get an initial connection, but
when trying to click the COM+ Applications container, we receive the
following error message:

"An error occurred while processing the last operation on the remote
computer '<server's name here>'
Error code 80004027 - The component or application containing the component
has been disabled".

This most certainly sounds like some kind of security issue. Does anyone
have any ideas on what we need to enable (or disable) in order to get around
this problem?
