Audit logins of ISAPI DLL

I have a network with two domain controllers, one is Windows 2003 Server and
the other is Windows 2000 Server SP4. The Win2K server is running IIS, with
some ISAPI DLLs. The ISAPI DLLs are set up to run under a particular domain
user account. I have set "Audit login events" to log both successes and
failures in the Default Domain Controller Security Settings and the Default
Domain Security Settings. But the Event Log never shows the login of the
user when the ISAPI DLLs load. Before I upgraded to new servers I had this
running on NT4 Servers, and the login for the ISAPI DLL's user account
always showed up in the event log. How can I get it to show up in the event
logs using Windows 2003 Server?

Thank you,
