    howdy all,

I need someone to give me a fish, then point me where to learn to fish...

We upgraded from SBS 4.5 to SBS 2003. It was an interesting challenge, but
I got through it. The problem is that I can't make heads or tails of the
security model. I have plenty of resources I can use to get versed in 2003
security, but I need to make a change TODAY to buy myself enough time to
learn the rest the right way.

I need to take one user and give him the right to modify the registry, while
not giving him any of the other rights associated with Power Users or
Administrators. Would someone be kind enough to walk me through this
change? Once it's in place, the crisis of the moment is past and I can take
the time to learn the complexities.

    Many thanks.
