Error after installing Windows 2003

    I have a local web site running on IIS. This was created using front page.
    It will running fine on Windows 2000. The website connects to SQL Server
    database for data.
    Yesterday I installed Windows 2003. From then it stopped connecting to the
    database and started giving this error.
    Heard that Windows 2003 has enabled a lot of security by default.
    The error I am getting is :

    ADODB.Command error '800a0e7d'
    The connection cannot be used to perform this operation. It is either closed
    or invalid in this context.

    /_fpclass/fpdbrgn1.inc, line 115

    Can any one tell me where it is breaking and which security I have to give
    in order for this to work.
