Read only Permission on Folder

    I want to limit the access to the folder and only myself can access the
    folder. And I remove all the permission on the folder, but I forgot to give
    full control permission to myself, now I only can have Read permission on
    the folder, I can't do anything on the folder, I can't even delete the
    folder. Is there anyway to give myself full control permission for the
    folder without format the pc ?
