Windows 2003 & strange issue with filemon and regmon

Hello,

I have one windows 2003 box that (after being freshly installed) behaves
oddly. Whenever I run regmon/filemon from console (or by using mstsc
/console switch & rdp connection) I got error 'Error loading REGMON: Acces
is denied'. BUT whenever I use regulat terminal session and thesame account
as in previous case regmon works OK. It appears that it does not work when
run from console session (either directly or through rdp console
connection). The same is with FILEMON. But other sysinternals.com utilities
like portmon and diskom work as expected. Account I am using belongs to the
admin group. Anybody experienced similar problems?
