    Account password policy for domain accounts may only
    be set in GPO linked to the domain.
    When changing complexity settings change from enabled
    to disabled, not to not configured.
    If you set account policies in an OU linked GPO these
    settings will only have impact on machine local account
    on machines within the OU.
