No you've got one answer, you just need to know how to put it together.

As far as we know, anyway, there isn't a tool around that can do this right
now.

But Its possible to hack anything given physical access to it. So given time
someone who takes a copy of that file could possibly hack its contents.

When you put the two answers from Joe and David together like I did above,
you get what I'd have said (except they probably said it better).
Just because there isn't a tool around today that can hack it, as far as we
know anyway, doesn't mean you shouldn't secure the file and secure your
backups and control physical access to the machine - all part of the things
that you should already be doing on a system where security is an issue
anyway.
