Getting a game server to work over port 23 or 2002

    We recently purchased a dedicated windows 2k3 server that I connect to remotely. We have installed TWGS (Tradewars Game Server) and it is working, but I cannot seem to get to the server from outside the box. Any help would be much appreciated.
